Helga Hernes, Senior Adviser at PRIO, has been appointed by the Norwegian Parliament to chair the Norwegian Parliamentary Intelligence Oversight Committee [EOS-utvalget]. The Committee is a supervisory board for what in daily language is often referred to as the 'Secret Services'.
